The chef

foto-(11)Imer Pegoraro was born in 1980 in Vicenza province. In 1998 he got his A level at the Istituto Alberghiero di Tonezza del Cimone (Vicenza province).

His first important professional experience was in Venice, at the Michelin Star restaurant Met, with the chef Corrado Fasolato. In 2008 he moved to the Langhe area and worked with the chef Alberto Zago in the Michelin Star restaurant Locanda del Pilone. In 2011 he became chef assistant of Massimo Camia in the Michelin Star restaurant La Locanda del Borgo Antico, where he was in charge of starters and second dishes.

Since July 2013 he has been the Chef of the Restaurant Winebar Barolofriends.

Passion, accuracy, creativity, ambition and high quality technique distinguish Imer Pegoraro as a chef. Imer has now found his professional fulfilment in the Langhe area.
